Refund Policy

01. Subscriptions & Billing
Manager Pro and Team Pro are recurring subscriptions billed monthly. All payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, who handle billing, sales tax/VAT, and payment processing on our behalf.
02. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Upgrade or via the "Manage billing" link in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain full access to paid features until then.
03. No Refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. This applies whether you cancel, downgrade, or have your access suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service. When you cancel, you simply will not be billed again — but the remainder of your current paid period is not refunded.
04. Billing Errors & Exceptions
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — please contact us and we will investigate and correct or refund the charge as appropriate. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

06. Add-ons
Add-on purchases (such as extra report or manager seats) are billed and treated the same way as subscriptions under this policy — no refunds are issued for partial periods. Reducing an add-on quantity takes effect at the start of your next billing period, as described when you make the change.
