01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Accordia (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
02. Workspace Owners & Responsibilities
Accordia is a business-to-business platform designed to facilitate 1-on-1 meetings. As a Workspace Owner or Manager:
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Workspace.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to invite employees and process their performance or meeting data on our platform.
- You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national labor and privacy laws.
03. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized HR practices.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or hack the platform's infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service for other users.
04. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all meeting notes, templates, and employee data you submit to Accordia. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license strictly to host, store, and process this data to provide the platform to you.
Our IP: The Accordia platform, including its code, design, logos, and Interactive Demo, are the intellectual property of Accordia. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary assets without written permission.
05. Beta & "As-Is" Status
Accordia is currently in active development. While we utilize enterprise-grade infrastructure to protect your data, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
06. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accordia and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data (such as meeting notes), or business interruption resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
07. Account Termination
You may terminate your account and delete your Workspace at any time from your settings panel. Deleting your workspace will instantly and permanently remove all associated user and meeting data from our servers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

09. Company Information
Accordia is a trading name of Rally Digital. All payments for the Service are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handle billing, sales tax/VAT, and payment processing on our behalf. For our refund and cancellation terms, see our Refund Policy.
