Connect Google Calendar and Outlook so your scheduled 1-on-1s appear directly in Accordia. See the meeting link in the session view and jump straight into the call without switching tabs.
PDF Exports
Generate formatted, printable PDF reports of any session — including agenda, responses, manager notes, and action items. Ideal for performance reviews, HR records, and end-of-quarter summaries.
Data Analytics
See trends across your 1-on-1s: action item completion rates, recurring themes, and team sentiment over time. Available on paid tiers, so you can turn qualitative feedback into measurable team health signals.
AI Session Summaries
After each session, employees receive an AI-generated summary highlighting key discussion points, decisions made, and action items assigned. No more trying to remember what was agreed three weeks ago.
Goal Tracking
Set and track structured goals at the quarterly, bi-yearly, and yearly level. Link goals to sessions and action items so progress stays visible across every 1-on-1 — not just in a spreadsheet that nobody updates.
